Although, even after being a Distance Learning programme AIMA does provide placements and overall is good as far as recognition is concerned but keep in mind that this course will be more beneficial for those working professionals who have good amount of work experience and is looking for the designation jump within his own organization or current industry.

Hi Bhushan, in Australia not all univ provide MS for 1 yr. It varies between 1 -2 yrs. There are courses for 1.5 yrs also. But in UK all courses are of 1 yr in duration with a very few exceptions.
US - all courses 2 yrs
Germany - rarely you will find courses for 2 yrs
Cost :
UK : 14 lacs approx including living expense
USA :14-25 lacs approx per annum depending on location and univ
Aus : 12 lacs approx pa
Germany : fee : Euro 500 per semester. Living expense Euro 740 per month.
Exams required :
UK : IELTS/TOEFL
USA : GRE and IELTS/TOEFL
Aus : IELTS/TOEFL
Germany : GRE and IELTS/TOEFL
Turn around time (application + visa)
UK : 6 months or less
Aus : 6 months
US : 1 yr
Germany : 9 months
Scholarships : available in all the countries but less in UK, Aus and Germany. competition is very tough. To apply for scholarships you should have offer letter before you begin applying and you will need to begin earlier than the turn around time specified above.
Now what matters is how much money and time you want to spend. Above all what you should be more concerned about is which country gives you admission in the best univ.
Look for the course content and compare the entry requirements so that you get a fair idea of what will suit your profile.

First of all there are not many Universities in India which give you BBA + MBA i.e. integrated MBA, Moreover integrated programs are always very intensive and tough to handle so in case you can do that kind of rigorous study and do justice to it by performing well on the program then only opt for integrated program.
As far as the fee structure is concerned it would be difficult to give you any exact figure as it would vary from Institute to Institute. it can be somewhere around 6-8 lakhs in private Institutes like Amity. In government or government aided Institutes the fee may be less.
Few of the institutes which you may check for integrated programme are: Amity University, JNTU, Kurukshetra University, Maharishi Dayananda University, VIT University Vellore etc.
