You definitely can go ahead with this college for your degree as this college is affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut & the affiliation is approved by the Bar Council of India. Whenever a student opt for a law programme he/she should must keep this thing that his/her institute should be approved by BAr Council of India, without this recognition one would not be able to sit for Bar Council Exam and get a certification to practice law in India. As this college fulfills the criteria you can go ahead.

If you are writing an Essay in a Competitive Examination I would say it should be very precisely written in Paragraphs and not in headings. However, I would also suggest you to consult some of the Essay books to see the right way of writing an Essay.

The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your stream is your own interests and career aspirations. So depending on your educational background chose the field you are passionate about and would like make your career in. As you have not mentioned your Graduation stream it would be difficult to advice but if you have interest in journalism and mass comm. and have your graduation in Humanities you can go ahead and do PG Diploma courses in Mass Comm. & Journalism through Universities, like Delhi University, Jamia Millia, BHU, MICA, IIMC etc.

The BPP course seems to be more of a certificate course but it is difficult to state whether this certificate is equivalent to the 12th pass as most of the other Universities offering Degree courses at the Bachelors level, prefer having a 12th pass certificate from a recognized board is definitely a requirement, where as for the BBP course, there is no set educational eligibility criteria and any one can opt for the same.
You may inquire with the IGNOU before opting to pursue this course, however as an advise, it is always better to go for the 12th from a recognized board as this will help in better quality and value of educati
