The eligibility to go for a PhD programme in Management is to have a Masters degree in any stream related to Management with 55% marks through a recognized University, so as you are an M.Com student you can go ahead with your PhD in Management. Few of the Institutes for PhD in Management are:

There are number of CAT books available in the market. There are The three main sections of Common Admission Test are Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation, Verbal Ability and Quantitative Ability.
For quantitative ability & logical reasoning section you should start going through the NCERT Books of class 9-12. Also consult books by Arun Sharma.
For Verbal ability I would say, you can purchase Wren and Marten & a good dictionary would to start your preparations. You should study good intermediate level text books on different subjects which will help you in Passage section of verbal ability. Read News paper regularly especially Editorial section of the newspaper, also read magazines and other books available to increase your vocabulary. Apart from this you can consult books by Arun Sharma & Meenakshi Upadhyay.
The eligibility for IIT MBA is Bachelors degree in any branch of engineering or technology (AICTE approved) from a University/Institute with at least 60% of aggregate marks

Rohit.University of Stirling also has the reputation of having one of the most beautiful campuses in Europe. Surrounded by hills, beautiful parks and lake, the university has the best atmosphere to study. But Stirling is a small town of around 88000 people. There are not many (even part-time) job opportunities. You have to travel to bigger cities like Glasgow or Edinburgh nearby to Stirling to do dome part-time work. These cities are about 36 kms. This is the only downside if you need a part-time job while studying in Stirling. Kankshi has already given you all the details about the course. Stirling University, though not in the reputation level as Glasgow or Edinburgh, is a still a good choice. Give me a thumbs up if I had given you some useful information.
