There is a large requirement of people to join NGOs for various awareness and education programs. Sociology is one of the good subjects and so is the rural development to start a career in NGOs. Definitely, there are salaries given to the people recruited by the NGOs and also there is also people selected for the voluntary work without any salaries, who aim just for the social cause.
Depending on the departments, the qualifications vary. Some of the best known NGOs are SOS Village, Smile Foundation, Make a Wish foundations and many more like these. The vacancies of which are out in newspapers and on various job portals etc.

MHT CET shouldn't pose much of a problem to candidates who are already preparing for other competitive exams like JEE Mains and Advanced. This is because the exam has been and is expected to be a notch lower in difficulty level than JEE Mains.

It is not necessary that you should know drawing, you can learn drawing while studying animation, so there is no problem if you don't know how to draw. Let me discuss about 2 ways of learning Selenium:
Free one:
Blogs are only helpful once you have knowledge of Selenium.
The best one I would suggest is Youtube videos. Youtube is having tons of videos which will help you to learn Selenium. As a starter you can gain knowledge from Youtube videos but if you want to learn Selenium from end to end than free videos wont help because instructors usually upload basic videos there.
