There are several Institutes in Chennai giving training on Embedded system courses and as there is no neutral ranking or public rating for such Institutes, it would be difficult to comment on whether the Institute is good or not. However, few of the things which you can keep in mind while choosing the institute are: study material, Infrastructure, Faculty background, Duration of the program, Number of classes and the standing of the institute.
I would also suggest you to first try for your course with the more popular Institutes like NIIT, APTECH, J-Tech, DOEACC etc.

Well its quite difficult to say as most of the recruiters prefer regular pass outs as compared to the distance mode learners but then you still hold chances provided your academic records are bright enough. The University is recognized for all the courses it offers through the distance mode but yes if you plan to practice law with this degree that you would not be eligible for.

Hi anshu, I saw Practising company secretaries who are weak at english, Getting command over english is not a Big task if practice reading news papers regularly with help of dictionary for 6 months. After all ur grasping power, situation analysis,memory power in remembering different sections of companies act and company law that makes you succesful CS. Even many IAS who has won All india TOp ranks having basic Comminications skills only. Only practice makes man perfect. go ahead, all the best
