I would say while choosing the specialisation the most important thing which you should keep in mind is your own interests and career aspirations. However, few of the traditional specialisation which you may look at: Operation, Human Resaource, Sales & Marketing, Finance, International Business & Entrepreneurship etc.
Although advisable is that you should go for a full time MBA program as it not only gives you a good practical Exposure but also have a better standing in the job Market, especially for fresher or people with the less working experience.
