In order to apply for the masters program, you should score atleast 75% and above in your undergrad, take the GRE and target a decent score of 1200+, take the TOEFL and target a minimum score of 95+. After fulfilling the mentioned requirements, you shall be eligible to apply for admission at this university.

As pooja madam told NET is good,it stands for"NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY TEST" but it is useful for Getting into Govt secto LECTURERr jobs with prior notification only. apart from net slet(STATE LEVELELIGIBILITY TEST) wil be conducted. what i can suggest you enroll for Part time PHD by joining some where in private sector , once you complete ur PHD u wil get Good pay, then go for NET if notification comes. Thru NET Age also plays Vital Role for getting Job, keep in view ur AGE also.Gud luck
