1) If you are looking for full waiver of tuition fees, then you MUST score atleast 1400+ in the GRE. Considering you will be applying for mechanical, you would have to take the general GRE. The higher you score, the more waiver you will get. It also depends on the university how much waiver they will grant you. Example: If a university's class has an average GRE score of 1200 and you score 1400+, definitely you would get a high tuition waiver. On the other hand, if a university's class has an average GMAT of 1400, then chances of getting a waiver are limited as the competition will be tough. Apart from the GRE, your need for a tuition waiver will also affect the decision of you getting a waiver. You will demonstrate your need for a waiver in the scholarship essay.
