It would be difficult to find any such specialization in MBA in India. i would suggest that if you are from Engineering background you should opt for other popular options which will go well with your academic background, such as Operations, Finance or MBA - IT. As you have not mentioned the level of the programme you want to opt for if you are looking for short term courses then definitely CDAC is the place to do your course from. However, if you are looking for Masters level programme you can also consider Institutes like IISC Bangalore, or IIIT Hyderabad.

If you are interested in pursuing MS in USA, you need to have a relevant UG degree, with good academic record throughout, and at least 55% of marks (would be much more for top ranked universities) in graduation.
Secondly you need to take TOEFL or IELTS (Both of these are test, to judge your english language skills). TOEFL is of 120 marks, and IELTS is of 9 bands.
You need to score minimum of 95 plus in TOEFL or 6.5 plus in IELTS. Universities in the USA mostly preferred TOEFL and universities in UK prefer IELTS.
Than you need to take GRE, and try to score 1400 plus in this as well.

I don't think so there is any way out to rank the universities in top 20 or top 10 .Go for a university which is recognised by government, provide good education and charge less and where faculty is good. One of my friend last year got admission in MGU in BBA which is AICTE-UGC-DEC accreditation .Search for such universities on net and decide on your own .All the best for your future!
