Your can do Master of Business administration (MBA) through distance learning by Symbiosis university. Symbiosis University is approved by AICTE and other recognized by Govt of India. .
(NMIMS) is approved by UGC.

As correctly stated by Arun, you can opt for a Correspodence MBA from a well recognized University and by doing this your work and profession would not get disturb also you will be able to attain further edcation. Other than this you may look for even some short term courses related to finance or any other stream that shall interest you or carried as a hobby.

There are many universities in Germany which offer courses in English. But as you are planning to pursue your Bachelors, as a friend I would like to say that it is not advisable for you at this stage to pursue Bachelors from Germany as you have to go for a 1 -1.5 year bridging course or you have to give an entrance exam conducted by the German university or you have to complete 1 year Bachelors in India.
I would advice you to complete your bachelors in India and then pursue your masters from Germany.
