Its really nice to know that you are aspiring to study in one of the top most universities of the world
All aspiring students begin their graduate study in the Fall term(August-September).Harvard university does not offer rolling admissions.
You need to have bachelor's degrees in the field, in which you wish to go for Masters level.
You need to take TOEFL and GRE, as this is on of the main criteria for evaluation.TOEFL scores are required for applicants whose native language is other than English,GRE is required for all the engineering courses.Apart from these you need to have a very excellent academic record throughout.

Yes, you can take two entrance test together provided both the Examinations fall on different dates. As you must be aware that MAT is conducted 4 times in an year (i.e. September, December, February & May) and mostly held in the first or second week of the month, so you can take any of the four chances best would be in September or December. As far as CET is concerned, it would depend on which CET you are planning to give, If you are talking about MAH CET it anyhow held late in March end or April beginning.
As far as preparation part is concerned the syllabus of all the entrance examination is almost the same with little bit

Agreeing to what Priya said I would like to add here that as you have already completed your Law degree and now doing your CS you would not require any other long term or short term course to give boost to your career provided you completely focus on your CS as CS in itself offers you a complete career and law degree would be a cherry on a cake.
Hope this will help you in taking a right decision. Feel free to put up more queries.
Thanks,
Pooja

There are many institutes in the country to offer MCA course but then for most of the institutes offering MCA regular course requires students preferably from the same background but should mandatory have studied Maths in +2.
Also with having an Arts background, it becomes a little difficult to adjust at the beginning but hopefully with the help of your hard work, dedication and determination, you can make this as your career stream and indulge in making a bright future of it.
There are institutes that offer MCA through correspondence mode, and this can definitely is a better way to go for an Art graduate with no maths studied as
