Psychology is a discipline which studies the human behavior in various phases and is also able to predict various mental disorders and is able to cure as well.
With a B.Com as your graduate, it would be difficult to get a seat in the Master of Psychology as the education requirement for most of the institutes is a Bachelor in Psychology itself.
I would suggest you to stay in your current field and continue in the same. You can opt for MBA in your Masters level if you are not inclined towards commerce.

So i prefer you first take some experience in IT field from basis, and if you get placement from your NIIT so it will be great, means you no need to search job from your side.
I know so many employee those not completed their graduation but stilll they are working on higher position in IT dept, so take some experience in IT field, so qualification is doesnt matter for you,
