Its not advisable to opt for Physchology. If U still want that, it depend on the University rules and regulations for that course. Please contact the concern university.

If you are interested in career in education field, I suggest that with B.Sc Agriculture degree under you belt, you continue in the same field and try to do M.Sc. Thereafter try to clear the NET exam which will give you a platform for education field in colleges / universities anywhere in India. With B.Ed you will get to teach only at school level.
