Hi Kapil,
Although, both the Languages have a good scope in software programming job market. However, it would depend on your interests as in what kind of programming you want to enter into. If you make comparison of the two .net is a language which is useful only if you are working on window systems whereas php is a language which has broader base easier to learn and can work on any system. Both languages are independently fine. And Opportunities are in both.
Hope this resolves your query. Feel free to put up more queries. In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a best answer or pressing the thumbs up

Hi Anjani,
As I have already mentioned that right now you should completely focus on your CAT & B.Com if you are really interested in making a career in Management you should forget about all the other things and focus completely on CAT preparation and simultaneously as suggested by me in my earlier reply go for personality development courses. As CWA or any other certification programs are equally tough as CAT I would not suggest you to go for any such program at this stage. However, you can keep it as a backup option, in case you are not able to crack CAT then you can go for CA, CWA etc.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up

Hi Anjani,
You can appear for CAT if you have given your final term Examination and feel that you will achieve an aggregate of 50% marks in your graduation and your graduation degree is from a Recognized University. As far as the Syllabus of CAT & GMAT is concerned CAT has a very broad syllabus which doesnt have any set pattern or divisions with a higher difficulty Mathematics, also its question pattern keeps on changing every year whereas GMAT has a set pattern with three sections AWA, Verbal & Quant. This Hacking word got famous by some Films and now people r using this Hacking word for the Business Promotion. We keep Guard for the Security not keep thief at home. So industry wants Security Professionals not the Hackers OK.
I think Security Specialist is the right word what u wanted to go for.
U must be Secure ring ur data and data reside on an Operating System. So first of all u must take the knowledge of a Linux Operating system which is Secure OS then go for the Networking
