Hi Sunil,
As already said in Manmeet Kaur50173 answer, there are bright career opportunities available in the country for Architects and the demand is growing stronger, hence the demand for skilled and highly professional architect is souring too.
But as for your desire of pursuing this course through the correpondence is concerned, there are hardly any institutes for the same. Instead, it is advised that you opt for the regular mode of education as this will benefit you much more in all respects.

As your interest is in Advertising and Marketing, you should opt for a Bachelors degree in Mass Comm or Media. Advertising is a very good course and has a lot of demand in the media world. Yes, it is through MH-CET. But a candidate who has given CAT, XAT or other entrances can get his score converted to equivalent MH-CET score and apply for JBIMS. In this case, he is expected to apply for MH-CET, but not appear for entrance exam. He only needs to submit his CAT/XAT score during application.
But in my suggestion, it is better to go for MH-CET exam directly.
