1.The best way of practise are English conversations with other people. You can find some people who want to talk to you online on our website. We recommend to contact with other person using communicator which provides voice chat (like Skype). However, in case you don't have possibility to use such, it's better to practise by standard chatting than not practising at all.

Hi Jayantajit, in my opinion, I would say that the salary really depends on the requirement of the company and the proficiency of the candidate applying for the job. There are great opportunities for diploma holders to find career in the industry. There are always opportunities and to start up with your salary you may go anywhere above Rs.5000/-. If you get jobs in some reputed companies, there your starting salary will be Rs.8000/- to 13000/-. And with any added qualifications, it might increase to Rs.25000/- to 35000/-.
