I feel if you have patience, you can do both the courses.
You may initially do CWA since it will be easier for you due to finance background. Afterwards, you may claim exemptions and pursue for CS course. According to me, the process will be over in less than 5 years if you complete all exams in the first attempt.

To be eligible :
1)A candidate should have a degree of graduation in any field from any recognized university.
