To take admission in MBBS :

** You should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st day of December of the year of admission.

There are institutes like Ranade Institute in Pune . They give very cheap Education of Foreign languages as they are directly affiliated to Pune University . You can try those or you can even try Mumbai University .

FOR becoming IAS you will have to give UPSC examination whose forms will be online on 2nd of February . You need to fill in that and then you can join coaching classes for getting a lot of practice .
