Here is an exam conducted by UPSC for both IAS as well as IPS.
You have to appear in the test to enter. Prepare for the test and be there.

Hi Aditya, there are only 8 univ in Nz those are univ of Auckland, Auckland univ of Technology, Otago univ, canterbury univ, waikato univ, victoria univ of wellington, Massey univ and lincoln univ. All of thse universities are recognised world wide and are highly reputed. the oldest one being otago univ. Most of these univ conc on agri, fisheries and such courses. univ of auckland and AUT conc on technological courses. for MBA courses they need min 5 yrs managerial work ex and GMAT may or may not be necessary, if at all you are planning try to score 600+ it will add value to your application. only AIS St Helens (pvt institute) requires

The universities where you would be applying would surely be interested to know as to why you couldn't clear the papers in the 1st attempt. It definitely is a concern. However, if you can score exceptionally well in the GMAT/GRE, you can tell the universities that the same happened because of some unforseen circumstance which you could not avoid like not keeping well during the exams, etc. But this can only be justified if you score exceptionally well in the GMAT or GRE.

Hi Ramesh,
Although it is not clear as to what you wish to inquire but then assuming that you are looking for software courses, which would be entirely different from animation (as you have posted your query in Animation category).
Software courses are more required in terms to IT and development. There are many languages that one can begin with like the C, C++, C#, Java, .Net, Python and many more depending on the platform you plan to work on.
If you have no background of the software field, in that case it would be quite difficult initially to pursue software courses as these contain a lot of coding.
