CSAT generally is not based on some specific subject. It is a mix up of objective type general knowledge questions on several general topics, as you can see from the syllabus, which you can download from the following site of the UPSC:
http://www.upsc.gov.in/exams/misc/csp2011-syll.pdf
So, better perk up your general knowledge by several revisions in those subjects rather than relying on any particular subject.

You can opt for masters in Psychology and the specialisation in Criminology or Clinical Psychology. You will be able to use the science education you have received. There are ample opportunities in public and private sector as well. Just keep our eyes open for these.
