appear for CMAT or CAT ,get good score minmum 60%tile.and fill form by paying registration form fill fee then they ll call you for GDPI and select you on the basis of your overall performance.

As per your query you may consider pursuing some of of the below mentioned course:
1. BBA.
2. BBS.
3. BMS.
The duration of all the course mentioned above is 3 years.
Please remember, every institute has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the institute's website you wish to apply.

Dear Manny,
It doesnt matter even if you are a Telugu medium student unless you are good with your English . . You can try APPSC or UPSC for getting job in government sector or you can join for MSC if you want to get a research or Teaching profile job.oR you can opt for MBA . .
