Both Lovely Professional University and Aligarh Muslim University are good private and public universities in India respectively. Being alumni of LPU, I would share the details of BTech programme at LPU with you.
LPU offers B.Tech in various programmes such as CSE, EE, ECE, ME, CE, Automobile, Chemical, Aerospace, Biotechnology, etc. I recommended my cousin to do B.Tech from LPU itself.
Good Placement: Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. in which they are placed. The maximum package availed for the Engineering programme is 42 LPA till now.

CS with Law is a great option as it offers a promising career with lucrative options and also co-relates well with CS profession.
Careers in law exist in the capacities of law officers, legal advisors, company secretaries, and solicitors. Law jobs are very specialized and focused in the corporate segment in India. Banking and non-banking financial institutes, insurance companies, large conglomerates, multinational corporations, appoint law professionals.
Many of these companies have a distinctive 'legal cell' for assistance and legal guidance in affairs of human resource, recoveries, agreements, taxes, fund utilization, and acquisitions.
So you may pick up 3 year LLB course after CS.
