Well both the combination you mentioned are good to pursue, B.Tech and BBA are good course to pursue at undergraduate level, both of these course offers good career prospects and growth opportunities, so you can opt for any of these course as per your interest and liking.
I will advice you that which ever course you opt for (B.tch or BBA), you must work for 2-3 years after completing it and then opt for MBA as it further enhance your career prospects.
The advantage of work experience would be; it will increase your business acumen and you will also understand the market scenario and all this work experience would surely help you once you start your own venture.

The "Combined Defense Services" Examination is conducted twice a year by the Union Public Service Commission for recruitment into the Indian Military Academy, Naval Academy, Air Force Academy, etc.

Well it will be difficult to give you the institutes providing a course in Screen play writing! Rather I would suggest you to go for a film making course. Film making has a lot to offer such as Direction, Screen play, Cinematography,Camera angles, market demand as in what type of films or T.V. shows are in, etc. So I would suggest you join some course related to Film making and direction so that you gain the relevant knowledge. To start a career I would suggest you to join some good production house or an AD agency as a trainee to groom yourself or another good option for you can be to start shooting documentary films, do it as a free lancer or join any NGO and make a documentary for them and then you can apply to big production houses or if you have enough funds you can start your own production. But first i would suggest you to go for film making course.

You can either pursue a three-year law course after graduation in any discipline or a five-year integrated law course after 10+2 , leading to a BA LLB (Hons). For seeking admission in this law course the students have to give an entrance test and a personal interview.
For the five-year course, the premier institution is the National Law School in Bangalore. For admission into it, an All India Entrance Examination is held.
