JBIT is one of the best colleges in today's time in Uttarakhand. This year also, it has provided highest placement but only for CSE, EN IT and ECE whereas only one or two companies came for civil engineering. I would suggest you to choose either DIT or Graphic Era, Dehradun for civil engineering.

If you have aim for lecturer profile and if you can manage then try for regular MBA programme because top private B-School would prefer regular degree but for government colleges, they have own process for recruitment. You can think of MBA through distance mode.
You can consider these universities for distance mode :
Sikkim Manipal University
Symbiosis
Amity University
ICFAUI
IMT-Ghaziabad
IGNOU
So, decide the study mode regular or distance according to your career goal.
All the best.
