It is very rare that a good university will admit you to a MBA program without GMAT. But, you will find options in Europe. You can check Spain, Austria, Portugal, etc. Before applying, you must write to the universities for exact requirements.

After completing MBA in healthcare or hospital management, you will have a better scope. I would like to suggest you, if you have completed your BDS, you will have better career and healthcare management is recognized by WHO, where graduates like MBBS, B.Sc in nursing, BHMS or BDS can take their career in management.
There is a huge requirement and demand of health care experts in international tourist companies, government and private hospitals. For a fresher, the starting salary ranges from Rs.2.5 LPA to Rs.4 LPA, depending upon the organization you join.
