Hii Lipsa, IMT Ghaziabad is best although Nagpur is decent college under IMT group, which field do you prefer in finance if you go for core finance job (investment banker, derivative analyst, market research) it is good to have 55-60% upto graduation as MNCs of these profile demands or if not you can choose financial sales profile (mutual fund, insurnc sales, relationship officer etc) check this more coherently with college placement officer if you have not 55-60 % upto graduation.

Hi Palak,
You may opt for a M.Sc in economics course if you are interested in pure economics. Several options are open if you have an economics degree. Since finance is a growing market and Canada is a finance hub you may also check Master of Financial Economics and related programs. MS in finance or MS in accounts could be another option, specialisations like business or managerial economics can be taken up. If you have work experience, you may enroll into an MBA program.

Hii Archit,
BIMTECH is better as student intake is low so that they can focus on the placements coherently. GDPI is rigorous, prepare well for this and focus on spoken English fluency. Maximum, the placement at BIMTECH can ensure you a stable secured job profile.

Dear Swetha,
According to me, it will not help you. You can professionally learn more English in your organisation rather than doing a course (MA through distance). As per me, you should do MBA (distance) in operation management. It will definitely help you in your current job. You will get promotion and salary hike too .
Currently, you are working in the recruitment department then you should do MBA in HR.

Well to your question, my answer depends in the company that you will be selected as different levels of MNCs pay different salary. As far as my expectation, you would be paid around 30000 to 40000 per month and it also depends on your skills and working with the company. Never ever expect high salary in the beginning and try to get experience that always pay you.
