The courses at any level in Canada trains you well for the job market, but they do not provide any guarantee on it. For managerial economics, you may check the skill shortage list and see if you have scope of jobs.

You can apply for education loan for any of the programme from India but that you can apply after getting the admission letter from a particular university or an institute. The university or institute should be recognised by UGC.
