Hi Dushyant.
44 Deemed Universities in India to be derecognised deemed status. Following an year-long dissection of performance of 130 existing deemed-to-be universities in the country, the government panel constituted for the purpose has recommended withdrawal of the deemed status from 44 institutions, found committing academic lapses, including allowing families to run institutions.
Among the 44 institution is also Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation, Salem, Tamil Nadu.
This news had come on 18th January 2010.

Admission to all three years undergraduate degree programmes of Banasthali University is based on merit of Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (for the purpose of preparation of merit the marks from various Boards are normalized). They have already started the admission process also.

Your question is very unclear. As far as i can understand, you are tyring to ask whether a 4 year IT degree is accepted in Canada or not. It is very much accepted by all universities in Canada. Hi Shreeja, one can not get Permanent Residency based on a course or for doing a course. After completing the course you will have to apply for PR and if you qualify you will be given permanent Residency. But you should first successfully complete a course in Australia. After completing the course, you can either file for PR yourself or take help from immigration agent or a lawyer for it.
