You are able to give any exam to get admission in engineering class if you want to join B tech after completion of your BSc. In most of the universities you can get admission directly in second year of B tec.

Mr. Venkatraman, every university requires its faculty to have a basic NET qualification and then a Ph.D for its UG and PG Colleges. Preparation for IIT/AIEEE you need to revise again the subjects which you have studied in XI and XII. There is no need to get material which is in the market. All book stalls in the country have previous questions for IIT/AIEEE.
