no, it is not possible. if you want to do msc, it can be done as msc maths, msc computer science, msc geography. for these you should have done maths, computer science , geography at graduation level. for msc it you must have done bsc computer dscience or bsc i t.
you can do msc computer science after completing pgdca which can be done after graduation in general course.

Hi,
To get into IPS services you need to clear civil service Examination conducted by UPSC, it is conducted twice a year. To be eligible to sit for IPS Examination you need to be a graduate from a recognized University.

The college is recognized college in Canada but is not very well known globally, specifically India. Incase you want to settle in Canada, you can go ahead and apply, but incase you want to return to India after your studies, i don't think its a wise decision.

I dont want to confuse u but i suggest u to go for MBA, it will improve ur resume and give u addition knowledge other than u already have. I think u already have knowledge about envt. sci. and MSc of envt. sci. only remind ur knowledge with some deeper points which is also possible in MBA and the best thing comes with MBA is competability and well developed personality which is most necessary in present time of cut throat competition.
