Hi Pooja, what would you like to know about studying abroad, you can ask here?
And if you have a commerce background then Nz and Canada can be 2 good options for you. I think you mean to stay you have completed 12 in commerce stream, I hope its not 10 you are talking about!!!
you can take up diploma in accounting or commerce again if you would like. But it will be 2-3 yrs in duration which can cost a lot. So in my personal opinion you can go for Bachelors in India and then go abroad for MAsters or a PGDiploma. You can apply for a DDS program. You should apply to Mcgill University as it the one of the best in Canada for DDS. Please visit the following link to have a look at the program requirements: http://www.mcgill.ca/dentistry/admissions/graduate/masters/requirements/
Admissions for Fall 2011 have already closed for international students in most universities in Canada. Kindly target Spring or Fall 2012.

you can choose Bachelors in Automobile or Mechanical engg. fees would be somewhere around 7-9 lacs per year and total duration of the course will be 3 years. You must get IELTS 6.0 atleast in order to secure your place in University.

It's not possible. You need to pursue class 12th to be eligible for a Btech degree in Canada. You are eligible for a diploma, but not for a degree.
