Your question is very unclear. As far as i can understand, you are tyring to ask whether a 4 year IT degree is accepted in Canada or not. It is very much accepted by all universities in Canada. Incase you are asking a different question, please clarify, else mark this answer as best answer to close this thread.

Hi Shreeja, one can not get Permanent Residency based on a course or for doing a course. After completing the course you will have to apply for PR and if you qualify you will be given permanent Residency. But you should first successfully complete a course in Australia. After completing the course, you can either file for PR yourself or take help from immigration agent or a lawyer for it.

As I know there is no differance between these exams but only ur rank in civil service exams decides ur post. Topers are go for foreign services, nextone for IAS and another one for IPS and so on. A more high ranker have more choices rather than a less ranker.

Hi Sunny, you can go for courses related to Computer SCience or IT in Germany. Although the Universities take into account the marks scored in 10, 12 and Bachelors, the main emphasis is on what marks you have scored in UG. If you have a good percentage then possibly the marks in HSC can be overlooked.
The country is very well known for its courses in Technology related subjects especially for Mechanical and Automotive Engineering. The admission process takes about 9 months. AFTER BCom you can do MCom or MBA (Not MTech). For MTech you require BTech. For BTech you require Diploma or HSC with PCME.
