AICTE is not an Institution from where you can do your PGDM rather it is an Educational body which give recognition to various autonomous Institutes giving technical Education like Management or Engineering programmes, so I would suggest you to go for AIMA Management programme.

Your Interest and The School norms.
Schools often keep a percentage bar on the basis of which streams are segregated like for eg., to be able to take up Science, you need to score more than 80% in 10th, for Commerce more than 60% and below which you can go with Humanities. This bar may differ from one school to another, making it difficult for us to provide any particular answe

Most of the Management programme would require that the candidate should have 50% and above aggregate marks in his/her graduation through a recognized University to sit for their Entrance Examination. As you have got low percentage I would suggest you to sit for MAT Entrance Examination as it doesn't require and minimum cutoff to sit for Entrance Examination. I would like to add here that you should have a back up plan for your future as in if you are not successful in MAT Entrance then what should be your next option.

If you think you will meat the above criteria then you can wait and after clearing you BBA sit for various Entrances and get a good B-School, if you are not sure then I would suggest that rather going for any Institute which is not even recognized you should try and get into some other field which is of your interest.
