Although, Sajid has rightly pointed out that if you are looking for IB programmes you should consider the option of going abroad. However, if you want to do your Masters programme in India you can consider the following options: Jamia Millia Islamia, IIFT, Delhi School of Economics, St. Joseph's College, Pondicherry University, University Of Rajasthan, Symbiosis Institute of International Business, Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), Kochi etc.
As far as the suitability of the programme is concerned, it would largely depend on your educational background, your interests and career aspirations, if you have a passion towards a particular programme, then I would suggest you to go ahead.

Both the fields are very different and class apart.A qualification in IT will neither give you and advantage or any disadvantage for your interest in the field of Journalism. You can go for journalism at any point of time. But since you have already completed 3 yrs of IT Engineering, it is always recommended that you complete the course and then join for a Journalism course. may be a diploma program or a degree program in journalism. Do not drop one in the middle and then jump to another and loose both. Finish the engineering and think about whether you really want to pursue your career in Journalism. It might just be a sudden urge of interest to that field. Give it some time and then decide wisely.

Admission Procedure
WLC Admission Test (WAT)
The test comprises of three sections:
Quantitative Ability
English Comprehension
Communication and Analytical Ability
WLC Professional Test (WPT)
This test will be administered separately for Creative and Business Students.
Business School Test: This test is aimed at evaluating the candidate's knowledge and awareness about the national and international business environment.
Creative School Test: This test is administrated to assess specific skills of candidates. These include power of observation, innovation, designing and drawing abilities.
Interview
The tests will then be followed by a personal interview. Each candidate will be evaluated for skills and abilities required in his / her chosen field.
