In order to get admission in MS Pharmacy, you need to have good academic background throughout preferably 60%, GRE SCORE of 1200-1400 plus,TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
Undergraduate degree form recognised university or college and it should be equivalent to US undergraduate degree.

If you are talking about BBA with Computer Application, although, different Universities will have different Syllabus but generally in the first year Computer fundamentals would be covered with some Computer lab work.
