Yes Banasthali University is recognised by UGC and AICTE. There is no need to worry regarding admission.

Hi Alekhya, my suggestion would be to go for M.tech immediately after B.Tech as qualifying GATE or any other entrance requires good command on the subject. When once you finish this and join the world of work you have every chance of doing MBA in the discipline of your choice.
