Hi Prateek, subjects that you have studies at UG level can be taken as specialisation at Masters level. So go by your interest.
RWTH Aachen, TU Braunschweig, Uni Bochum, Uni Bremen, TU Chemnitz (variety of courses), TU Darmstadt offer courses in Electronics.
students are allowed to work part time for 90 full days or 180 days in a year. Also, a graduate is allowed to stay in Germany for 1 year to look for a job. Once you find a job you can convert your student permit to residence permit for taking gainful employment.
There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.
Once the University receives your application they may takeabout 3-4 months to inform youof the decision. Not all Univmay intimate you if your application is incomplete, hence it is your duty to ensure thatyou send all the requested documents in one go to avoid anylast minute issues.
If you do not want to apply directly or are apprehensive youtake help from UNI ASSIST. they charge Euro 55 for their service of applying to 2-3 univ.And additional Euro 15 per univ.

The eligibility to get into Aeronautical Engineering is 50% and above percentage in 12th with Science Stream (PCM) in case want to get into Engineering programme through AIEEE or other state level Entrance Examinations, on the other hand if you want to get into IITs you need to have 60% and above percentage and need to appear for IITJEE. Once you have got a good rank in any of these Entrance Examinations you can apply to various Universities through counseling.
There are several good institutes providing Aeronautical Engineering such as: IIT Mumbai, Kharagpur, Kanpur, Chennai, Madras Institute of Technology, Nehru college of Aeronautical & Applied Sciences, IIAE etc. As the Entrance may vary from University to University so you need to check with the Universities for the Entrance you need to sit for.

Whether u have chosen right track or not will certainly depends upon u. If a person is having good logical & Analytical approach is very good for the software Industry. So better u ask this question to urself only and if ur answer comes to yes and if u r feeling comfortable to understand the programming language then carry on. As far as GNNIT is concerned they can't be above to Microsoft, Cisco, Red Hat, IBM, Oracle, Sun Micro system. These are technology providing companies and if they themselves take examination and make u certified by certain technologies. So do u think that GNNIT certificate will be accepted by the industry or these Internationally accepted technology providing company's Certificate will be accepted.
if u want to enhance ur career and knowledge as well why don't u choose RHCE. cos most of the Servers r running on Linux and then u opt CCNA. Because knowing LAN then u know about WAN will give u more advantage. After that u opt Oracle DBA So that u can become System Admin or Network Admin or Security Admin or Database Admin as well.
The combination of RHCE+CCNA+DBA will be good. After completing RHCE u will feel a lot of confidence as well.

Now depending on your educational performance you can choose the Entrance Examination. If you get through IITs then nothing like it else appear for AIEEE, I would say you can prepare for the both as IITJEE is only for IITs and none other so you any how have to target AIEEE if you are not focusing on IITs only
