Hi Pankaj,
Although, you would not find many Universities giving B.Tech through Distance Learning as, B.Tech is a degree which involves lot of practical work, but few of the Universities which you may try for Correspondence programme are: Centre for Distance Education (Acharya Nagarjuna University), Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. You can also opt for AMIE certification which is treated equivalent to B.Tech degree.
As far as HNC is concerned it is a certification given in UK so you would not be able to earn this certificate in India. However, AMIE is somewhat on similar lines so you definitely can opt to do AMIE certification.

HI Ismail, you need to apply for the course. You can try in MDIS it offers Diploma to class 10 completed students.
But before that I would recommend you to complete your class 12 and only then go abroad for studies. Not having completed 12 can pose hurdles for you in future.
If you like this answer then kindly mark it as the best answer or rate it thumbs up. Please feel free to post queries if you have any.

Hi Vijay,
Although, it would be difficult to give you any concrete information on Institutes in Hubli area as there are not many colleges in Goa providing MCA but, you can try with affiliated colleges of Goa University or Goa college of Engineering. However, the chances are very less that you will find MCA programme you may find PGDCA.
Hope this resolves your query. Feel free to put up more queries In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a "best answer" or pressing the "thumbs up" icon.
Thanks,
Pooja

Hi Naman,
If you are talking about PSC then in that case Galgotia can be one good option but I would suggest that as Civil Service Examination is a tough nut to crack you should opt for coaching rather than self study. If you are planning to do self study I would suggest you to consult NCERT books from 9th till 12th apart from this you should enhance your general knowledge by constantly reading newspaper and general knowledge magazines such as Competition Success Review etc.
There are several other books available in the market for UPSC which you can consult depending on the subject you are planning to take up.
Hope this resolves your que
