for any doctorate degree you should have the master in any discipline so you can not join the phd,but as on your subject or exploration and your research you can get phd admission but chances of that very low.

If you are looking for a degree programme, as suggested by Thesis Masters you should opt for Bachelors in Journalism & Mass Communication. Few of the Universities which you may consider are: Delhi University & Affiliated colleges like Kalindi College, Nagpur University, Marathwada University, Punjab University, and Osmania University, IP University etc.
