To get admission in B.Arch, you need to score minimum 50% marks in 12th with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Computer Science / Chemistry / Biology / Engineering Drawing and two other subjects. You need to sit for an entrance exam.

Animation is a creative career, which requires a wide bouquet of skills from traditional art skills to articulation skills, storytelling to aesthetic appreciation, and creativity to technical prowess. It is practical oriented and will need strong mentoring.
Such programs are offered by lot of Government Colleges and Autonomous Institutes & Universities.You may prefer opting for top notch institutes like NID, IDC, IIT, Mumbai etc for your Post Graduate program.
While choosing any institute ensure that you are taught by Experienced & proficient Mentors. Also ensure adequate infrastructure, industry interface & validate placement track record of alumni's.

JNU is a central university. No university requires a recognition from the AICTE as AICTE is to recognize and regulate the technical education only, technical education is just a part of any university. Now, the Faculty of Engineering in JNU is not that type as we find it in other universities. In actual the degrees for the NDA are engineering degrees and those are awarded by JNU and in this way JNU has Engineering Department but not like that as you think. National Defence Academy is a premier joint training Institution and center of excellence for producing junior leaders, for the Indian armed forces, and armed forces of friendly foreign countries. The training entails equipping the cadets with mental, moral and physical attributes required to cope with the challenges of the future battle field with the aim of leading troops to victory in conventional, non-conventional and asymmetrical conflicts. NDA imparts training to young men, who choose the Armed Forces as their vocation. They are given an intensive education in Science, Technology, Arts and Military subjects. At the end of their three-year course, which is split into six terms, a cadet is awarded a Bachelor's Degree from the Jawaharlal Nehru University. While a cadet is being prepared intellectually to face the forthcoming challenges of high technology on tomorrow's battle-field, he is also physically and mentally toughened by a rigorous regimen of physical conditioning which includes drill, swimming, horse-riding and the full gamut of games and sporting activities. In the three years at the Academy, he is transformed from a cadet into a potential officer and a gentleman.
On successful completion of the three-year course, Army cadets proceed to the Indian Military Academy at Dehradun, Naval cadets to Indian Naval Academy at Ezhimala and Air Force cadets to the Air Force Academy at Hyderabad. After completion of one year of training at their respective academies, they are commissioned as officers into respective services. The Academy also trains cadets from friendly foreign countries who take advantage of their training in the NDA to become military leaders in their own countries. Obviously, JNU is AICTE approved and this is something in which no question arises of asking whether this is recognized or not. It is something which is purely governmental.Regards/
