No, age is not a factor and you should go for that i.e. a 20 years experience would give you whatever you think about, only the hard work is required. An MS is not necessary at once and it is good if MS or MBA like degrees are earned after some experience.Regards/

Hi,
No is not mandatory to submit German proficiency certificate, while applying for admission in German universities.
Please remember in order to pursue masters degree from universities in Germany, you need to have relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university with good academic record preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned tests:
1. GRE.
2. TOEFL or IELTS.
Please note that the eligibility criteria for admission may differ from university to university.

Join any university and check the web site of NCTE before you take admission in B Ed. In each state a recognized B Ed is universal. If you go along with your job then it would be better to join the IGNOU or state open university of Odisha.Regards/
