Hi Munna,
Since you have posted your query on study in Canada - as far as the fees in Canada is concerned, it is mostly paid semester wise.
As far as your progression is concerned, depending on whether you have done Diploma after 10th or 10+2, universities and colleges will give you credits for studies that you have already completed. Based on the exemptions received, the final duration of the B.Tech or B.Eng will be decided.
Most universities and colleges will require your syllabus for the Diploma to do the above.
Apart from the above, you will require to sit in for an IELTS or a TOEFL Exam (if you have not taken it yet).
