After completing Medical Imaging Technology course, one can find lot of job opportunities in India and abroad like Radiographers, Radiologic Technologists, Nuclear Medicine Technologist, X-ray Technicians or Ultrasound Technicians.
- One can join reputed organizations in India like HLL Life care Limited, South Eastern Coal Fields Limited (SECL), Steel Authority of India (SAIL), Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) etc. and earn a salary up to Rs. 7, 00, 000 per annum. If they work in foreign countries after gaining work experience, they can earn up to Rs. 25, 00, 000 per annum.

- One can pursue their career as radiographers in government or private hospitals. Government hospitals offer a remuneration of Rs. 8, 000 to Rs. 12, 000 per month.
- By working in high profile private hospitals as radiographers, one can earn up to Rs. 20, 000 per month.
- One can even start a career as Assistant Radiographer/Radiologists. In this position, he/she can earn a salary between Rs. 3, 000 to Rs. 6, 000/- per month.
- Lucrative salary packages of Rs. 40, 000/- to Rs. 60, 000/- are offered to those who are experienced in the field of radiography.
- HLL Lifecare Limited recruits degree holders in Medical Imaging Technology for the post of Radiographer. Emoluments offered for this position of radiographer is between Rs.9300/- to Rs. 34800/- per month. But such candidates should have 2 years of experience in MRI operation. If these candidates possess 2 years of experience in managerial level, then they can get into the post of Manager available in Diagonstic centre of HLL Lifecare Limited. Pay scale offered for this managerial position is between Rs. 16, 400/- to Rs. 40, 500/- per month.
- Candidates can also join Steel Authority of India (SAIL), South Eastern Coal Fields Limited (SECL), Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) as X-ray Technicians and earn a salary between Rs. 1, 00, 000/- to Rs. 3, 00, 000/- per annum.

Please remember both the course you mentioned are good and both offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
After completing BCA you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, MCA etc)
However, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your BCA and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects, i.e. if you wish to build your career in computer field, then you may pursue MCA, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue MBA.
- If you are interested in pursuing MBA, then this work experience would help you to decide which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects, however as per your profile pursuing MBA in IT would be the best option for you.
Finally if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses for your further studies.
Please note that, the final selection in full time MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students. i.e. 50% marks in graduation.
2. Score in various management entrance tests like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.
5. Other activities like participating in various event like debates, quiz, extra curricular activities, etc.
