Hi Mrunalini,
Generally to get admission to a good B.Ed program even through correspondence would require you to have 50% and above marks in your HSC or graduation but as every University has a different eligibility criteria, It will depend on the institute you are applying to.
Few of the Institutes providing B.Ed through Distance education in Mumbai are:
Mumbai University
IGNOU
Annamalai University
Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University (YCMOU)
I would also like to add here that some Institutes will also want you to have some 2 years of in service teaching experience to get entry in the program.

TOEFL is for US & UK and all contries except European. IELTS if for admission into European countries. Aus,NZ require only IELTS, not TOEFL. Depends on the country where u want to MMigrate it all depends. any course will require Passport xerox copy. what is use of score without having passport after u ger good score? First apply for passport and Enroll for TOEFL/IELTS

As examination pattern is changing this year better rely on information from internet. search in google for updated information. In order to do MS program from Germany you should have a good bachelors degree some MS programs requires GRE score also if program taught in english then TOEFL/ IELTS score is required your concern university communicate you the exact score. Almost all higher education institutions are funded by Federal and State Legislations. German and international students who study in Germany are not charged tuition fees. However, there are some private institutions of higher education and some state institutions offering courses for which fees are charged. IF you are able to get the DAAD scholarship then education is free for you. kindly

Although, fashion designing is one of the highly priced program but the Good Private Institutes like NIFT, Pearl Academy of Fashion etc. also help students through Scholarships and also there are education loans available by various banks which you can look for.
