I would request you to please put your complete education details and the location from where you want to do a program. Also please specify what you mean by external as external in some Universities can mean a non residential program in which the University can not provide hostel Facility to the students. External can also mean part time program or a distance education program of a University which has centres in other states or cities.

To do Master of Media Management from Australia you can look for Murdoch University. To do it you would require 4 years Bachelor degree along with IELTS score 6.0 bands. In Master of Media Management you would study core units like Business Finance, Marketing Management, Strategic Decision-Making, Professional Communication, Global Media Industries, New Media Technologies, Media Management Project etc. The duration of course would be 12 - 18 months and its fees would be A$ 21,250 per year. At TUM Germany there are only Bachelors and Master programs are available you may go for Bachelors in Automotive and Combustion Engine Technology let me tell you TUM is one of the best university in germany .
