CDAC is one of the reputed institutes in India and it offers a Diploma in Embedded Systems and the admissions take place on the basis of qualifying a CET, the schedule for which hasn't been released yet. The syllabus for the CET would contain topics like:

It is good that you are doing MBA in IT and for sure it will increase your opportunity of getting promoted but no one can give you an assurance as promotion depends on many things including company policies. So, i would suggest you to complete your MBA then try for it but dont keep any expectations.

Hi,
I would suggest you to give CAT, MAT, XAT and other similar MBA entrance exams. If you manage to clear these, you will definitely get through a good B school. But if you want to do it through distance learning then i would suggest you to go for IMT or symbiosis.

Hi,
To do a regular PhD program from IIMs you need to have a Masters degree with 55% marks from a recognized University and as you have done Post graduate diploma program you can not sit for fellow programs from any good Universities. Even Correspondence Program would require a Masters degree.
