As you have clearly mentioned in your question, that you are a 12th pass and as per which I would suggest you to pursue your graduation first as it is very important so to be able to pursue any higher education.
There are many Open Universities from where you an pursue a degree course of Bachelor level like IGNOU which is one of the reputed Open Universities of the country and it offers various courses in different streams.

MBA Program Eligibility:
A bachelors degree with medium of instruction as English, from any discipline, with 50% and above as calculated by respective University.
Applicants in their final year bachelors degree course are also eligible to apply, provided they complete their graduation requirements including practical examinations / viva / assignments before May 31, 2011. Such applicants will have to produce a certificate to that effect at the time of admission.
