Most of the universities in UK, require minimum 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation to pursue MBA ,how ever there are some good universities which offer MBA to freshers as well, some of these universities are :

Hi Anju, after the completion of GNM either you can go for job in Private/ Govt. sector. There is a huge requirement of trained professional as well as has the handsome salary. Otherwise you can go for the higher studies (Staff nursing; B.Sc Nursing) in regular or correspondence mode.

Relevant 12th degree from recognized education board
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus

Universities in UK and US have 2 admission intakes in a year namely:
Fall(August) intake.
