Dear Pawan,
Everything first of all depends on ur knowledge center and ur calibre and aptitude. As u r a B.Com graduate there are various other possibilities for you like CA, ICWAI, CS, MBA, etc. You need to judge urself where u stand by your marks and skill and other things and then you can fit yourself where u want.

Hi Kavana,
As per your query, I would say that AIOHS would surely assist you with companies for your training as OJT (On-the-job-training) is a mandatory part of curriculum for all professional programs. For prior placements, you can talk to their counselors, existing students or even try contacting alumni.
Apart from the assistance that your college might provide, I would suggest you to make your own efforts as no institute can guarantee you that as it entirely depends on your capabilities and utilization of skills at the right time.
I would advice you to start working on traits like confidence, communication, personality development, c
