Hi Kishore, Aeronautical / Aerospace Engineering is one of the most challenging fields of engineering with a wide scope for growth.
The basic eligibility is +2 or equivalent, with PCM and must have a fair percentage of marks in the aggregate. One must also pass the qualifying exam IIT-JEE.

Eligibility:
Graduation in any discipline with 50 per cent marks of General Category and 45 per cent marks for reserved category. OR

An MBA in Media management is a very rare course and very few reputed institutes offer this course. Moreover as you are interested in Audio Visual Communication which is very much related to AD and Film making or in other words electronic media, I would suggest you to go for a PG course in Media or any of its domain. With 15 years of education UK would be the best study destination for you to pursue MBA, as universities in Canada requires 16 years of education for admission in their MBA program.
Please remember in order to pursue MBA form good and top ranked universities, you need to have at least 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation, secondly to pursue MBA you need to take either TOEFL/IELTS, and GMAT exam.
As you are pursuing B.Com now, it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then apply for MBA, how ever if you wish to continue with your studies, you can pursue Msc in management.
The course curriculum of Msc in management, is almost similar to MBA, the only difference is, MBA is more of a practical oriented course and Msc in management. is more of a theoretical course.
